These are different skins/models for the player character. Zero Form:
Appears at the same time as Second Form
Second Form: Get 100% shoot down rate in one area, or accumulate five
hours of playtime.
Third Form: Get 100% shoot down rate in two areas, or accumulate six
hours of playtime.
Fourth Form: Get 100% shoot down rate in three areas, or accumulate
seven hours of playtime.
Fifth Form: Get 100% shoot down rate in four areas, or accumulate eight
hours of playtime.
Final Form: Get 100% shoot down rate in five areas, or accumulate nine
hours of playtime.
Morolien: To play as one of the aliens from Space Channel 5, get 100%
shoot down rate in all areas or accumulate 10 hours of playtime.
